항체 무첨가(antibody-free) Human Primary Cells (인간 유래 1차 세포, Primary Cell Culture) 는 연구자에게 보다 생물학적 관련성이 높은 세포배양 모델을 제공하여 연구 인사이트를 향상시키는 데 기여합니다. 본 1차 세포는 Cell Systems Complete Serum-Free Medium (SF-4Z0-500) 을 사용하여 유래되었으며, 이후 Cell Systems Complete Classic Medium (4Z0-500) 에서 배양 및 계대(passaging)되었습니다. 세포는 Cell Systems Cell Freezing Medium (4Z0-705) 에서 동결보존(cryopreservation) 처리됩니다.

Human Primary Cells는 정상적이고 건강한 공여자(normal, healthy donor) 조직에서 분리(isolated)되었습니다. Passage 3 단계(<12 cumulative population doublings)로 제공되어, 초기 계대 수준의 세포 특성을 유지합니다. 각 바이알에는 약 1*10⁶ cells가 포함되어 있으며, 1 mL 용량의 동결 보존(cryopreserved) 바이알 형태 또는 활발히 증식 중인 플라스크(actively proliferating flask) 형태로 공급됩니다.

또한 연구 프로그램의 일관성과 재현성(consistency & reproducibility)을 향상시키기 위해 예약 로트(reserved lots) 옵션으로도 제공됩니다.
